How to change your billing plan

Learn about billing plans and how to change yours.

TheyDo has three different billing plans. To see what they are, go to they.io/pricing

To view your billing plan:

  1. Click on the cogwheel button in the side-panel on the left.
  2. Click on ‘Billing’ in the left side panel.

Here you can see your current active billing plan, how many users and viewers slots you are using, and when your subscription will renew. Below this information, you can also change your Credit Card information, Billing email, Invoice information, and VAT ID.

Under ‘Invoice history’ you can find a list of all your invoices, open them, and see if they have been paid.

To change your billing plan:

  1. Click on ‘Change plan’.
  2. Use the switch at the top to change your billing schedule to yearly or monthly.
  3. Choose a billing plan by selecting one of the three options.
